Authentic, and honest about it

Buying pre-owned should feel as certain as buying new. Here's how each piece is checked before it's listed.

  1. Provenance and paperwork

Boxes, receipts, cards, dust bags and certificates are noted in each listing when they're included, so you know exactly what comes with your piece.

  2. Hands-on inspection

Materials, stitching, hardware engravings, heat stamps, date codes and serial numbers are checked against each house's known details.

  3. Independent authentication

When a piece calls for it, it goes to a third-party service. Recent pieces have carried certificates from Entrupy and Authenticate First, and diamond pieces from CGL.

  4. Full disclosure

Every flaw that's found is photographed and written into the listing. If something is aftermarket, unverified or imperfect, you'll read it before you buy.

How authentication works

Inspected by hand

Stitching, hardware, stamps, serials and materials are checked against each house's details before anything is listed.

Independent certificates

When a piece calls for it, it goes to a third party. Recent pieces carry Entrupy, Authenticate First and CGL documentation.

Every flaw in writing

Scuffs, wear and anything aftermarket are photographed and disclosed in the listing, before you ever ask.

Fairly priced

Every piece is priced against the current resale market, so you never pay boutique prices for pre-owned. Offers are always welcome.
