Curator's note
A statement Santos. The stainless steel Large automatic, reference 4072, has been customized with approximately five carats of natural round brilliant diamonds across the case, bezel and pavé dial. Cartier's blue sword hands and Roman numerals still read clearly through all that sparkle.
